Our services

Building Skills for Life

We support participants to develop practical skills that increase independence throughout every stage of life.

Life moves through stages, and each one asks something new. We help participants prepare for what comes next — whether that is starting Prep, leaving school, moving into a home of their own or stepping into work.

Areas include

  • Transition to childcare
  • Starting Prep
  • Transition to High School
  • Leaving school
  • Preparing for employment
  • Independent living
  • Supported accommodation transitions
  • Public transport
  • TAFE preparation
  • Community confidence
  • Self-advocacy
  • Decision making
  • Problem solving
  • Goal achievement

Getting started

How support begins

  1. We listen first

We take the time to understand your personality, interests, goals and the kind of support that feels right for you.

  2. We match thoughtfully

You're introduced to a support worker chosen for their personality, communication style and shared interests — not simply who is free.

  3. We plan together

Supports are planned with you and, where you'd like, your family, support coordinator and allied health team.

  4. We grow alongside you

As confidence and goals change, your supports change with them. We review regularly and adapt at your pace.

Let’s Talk

Whether you’re looking for individual supports, early intervention, developmental education, community participation or unique holiday experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Let’s create supports that are as unique as you are.
