How we handle your information

We only collect what we need to provide support, and we never sell your information.

Note for Impressions Choice Support: this page is a plain-English draft to be reviewed and approved before launch. It should be checked against the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and NDIS Practice Standards.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and/or phone number
  • What your enquiry is about, and anything else you write in your message
  • Your preferred way of being contacted

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to receive supports, to arrange them with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only where it is necessary to provide your supports and, wherever possible, with your knowledge and consent — for example with your support coordinator or allied health team. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, including our obligations to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

How we store it

Your information is kept securely and only for as long as we need it, in line with our record-keeping obligations as a disability support provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website stores your accessibility preferences in your browser's local storage so the site looks the way you set it next time you visit. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will help — in whatever format works best for you.
